With this service, we take full control of overall IT requirements, deliver support and provide proactive advice regarding IT related business issues and decisions. Taking care of our client’s IT department, we take full responsibility for the IT related activities that keep a network and business running. Our engineers also provide telephone and remote support as well. Client visits are scheduled or as need be, depending on the client’s needs. Some clients opt for a variable rate agreement, while others opt for as needed basis. Variable rate agreements vary according to demand and usage and are very flexible.
